How our algae systems actually work.

Every Brine Labs product runs on the same simple idea: pull in dirty air, let living algae clean it and make oxygen, then reuse everything that's left. Here's each step, plainly.

The algae

Living microalgae are the engine. We pick strains that grow well in a given climate and keep them healthy with the right light, warmth and water.

The bioreactor

A sealed tank where the algae live. Air and CO₂ are fed in and light drives the reaction — the glowing green core you see.

Capturing carbon

Air is pulled in and passed through the algae, which absorb CO₂ and pollution instead of letting it stay in the air.

Making oxygen

As the algae grow they release fresh oxygen — up to about 50× more per m² than the same area of tree canopy.

Watching the numbers

Built-in sensors track CO₂, O₂, air quality and algae health, and flag maintenance before anything goes wrong.

Reusing the biomass

The algae we harvest doesn't go to waste — it becomes bioplastics, nutrition, fuel and pigments.
